Data cannot be submitted, showing server error

@abrahamolayinka, an update … What I observed when downloading your data is that I could see duplicates in your submissions: [image]o The _uuid shows that there are duplicates. Delete the dubplates from your Data and you should be able to edit your submissions without having to see the error message when trying to save the edited submissions.

Steps to resolve:

• Download your data in XLS format
• Check for duplicates in the _uuid column
• You will see the duplicates in some records.
• Note the _id of the record that is duplicate
• Remove the duplicate cases from the server
