I’d like to know if it’s possible to have two datacenters with kobo collect for data collection. I’d like to explain, since when collecting information in the field there are errors which the administrator can correct automatically, but in this case the end date of the form changes. I’d like to have a temporary memory where I can make changes before reloading the data at a given interval (e.g. every day or every 2 hours) after verification in a memory that will remain untouched and pure without modification.
Welcome to the community, @wadoud! This feature is not available with KoboToolbox. Maybe you could make a backup of the data on your local device to keep the earlier version and then start making edits to the submissions to keep the clean version.
BTW, please also be informed that KoboToolbox will soon be coming up with a feature where you can keep track of the changes you made to your forms and submissions. Hopefully, that feature will partially help you achieve your requirements.
You may try with bulk edit, even for a single submission any see if the end datetime is still changed.)
Thank you for your answer. But if I want to use a parent project and a child project, is it possible to increase the time before loading the data into the child project? I’ve seen that the default time is 5min.
