Data decryption failed

Hi,

I’ve followed the instructions in form encryption page, however I’m currently facing a challenge to download the data. The decrypted CSV file is returning an empty file while unencrypted files are returning all the data sets, what could be causing the error? I have attached the export report for reference.

@scriptingdalberg, you may need to ensure that you are using the correct private keys. If you miss it you may not be able to extract the encrypted data.

I have used keys generated by OpenSSL
