I have a project on the humanitarianresponse.info server. it has three thousand instances, each with a few photos. when i try to download them through the zip exports page, it says “pending…” for a long time and then says failed. i tried accessing them through the api, but apparently my account doesn’t have permission for that particular service. is there any other way to get the pictures back?
