Hello there, I want to download the data collected on the global server kobo account but while exporting I am stuck at processing. I waited for a long but still its shows processing. Also tried re-downloading but still cannot download. I can see the collected data in table but not able to export to download.
Welcome to the community, @Darshna! What is the total data collected for your project? Is it large?
Thank you @Kal_Lam for your response. Total 152 observations are there till now. and the survey is still going on. The questionnaire is of around 400 Questions, including repetitive matrix questions.

Hello there, I am facing issue with exporting data from the Kobo server to Xls. Data server gets stuck at the processing when I try to export the collected data on Kobo. Can anyone help me to resolve the same ?
Hello there……Please help me to download the data from global kobo server. While exporting the data, the server gets stuck at processing. I need these data (827 submissions) urgently. I already have the downloaded data for half of the submissions and need for the rest. We work for a government and we need these data urgently for reporting. Kindly help me to download the data. This is the final support I need for these project from Kobo community platform.
