Data Extraction in Kobocollect

I have a survey that extracts information from a csv file, the problem I have is that this only works for me in ENKETO, when I want to use this survey in Kobocollect it does not work for me, it shows me an error, I attach the link of the survey so you can see that it works on the web, I also attach the XLSForm and the csv file, so that they can help me verify what the problem is that I have, why does the survey only work for me in ENketo and not in Kobocollect? Can the problem be solved, can I make the survey work for me both on the web and in Kobocollect?
