Data is gone after changing password

I changed a Kobo account password and email address. When enumerators log in to account with the new password, the data they previously collected on their phone and tablet is gone. How can we recover this data?

Welcome to the community, @TMCollection! Could you kindly share with us a screenshot of your issue so that we could understand it pictorially? But please also be informed that changing the email ID and password should not delete all your projects and data. Maybe you logged into the wrong server. Please be informed that there are two public KoboToolbox servers (Global & EU).
