I created a form and had already collected data over the past two weeks. Now I wanted to start to work with the collected data but it’s telling me that access has been denied to my form or that it does not exist anymore. When logging in again, I have no projects, form is completely gone. Screenshot below (in german)
I’ve used EU server. From a previous post about the same code “Error 404 not found” I saw that the projects could be restored. Hope this is possible for me as well. Projectname was: “Gesundheitsverhalten und Gesundheitszustand von Studierenden in Abhängigkeit von Geschlechtsidentität”. Username: mhetger
@mhetger, could you please provide me with the server you are currently using? Additionally, I would like to know the last time you were able to successfully access your project. What was the most recent action you took regarding this project? Sharing these details will greatly assist me in troubleshooting the issue you’re experiencing.
I’m using the EU server as mentioned in the post. The last time I was able to access the project was a week ago, when i checked how much data i had already collected. And that was probably also the last action i took: checking the collected data. If i remember correctly it was on the 24th of march, so exactly a week ago.
Hello again, I wanted to ask for an update because I need my data fast, otherwise I will have to make another project and form and start all over again. It’s kind of time sensitive and comes at a very inconvenient time.
