Data missing after updating the survey project with new questions

hi @Kal_Lam, I have a similar problem and I deployed my form and submit the data, after a while, I modified the form adding new questions and groups, and when I download the data I found out that the previous data just disappeared, Please help what could be wrong?

Hi @Chigieluv Thank you for your patience, we had been looking at your forms before we realized that the issue you are looking at is not actually a problem, but more of a self-alignment of the data to accommodate the form (questionnaire) edit you had done. To understand the above, I will need to point out the following key points. When you create a question and name it, e.g. Q1, the data will all be collected under Q1. When you edit the name of Q1 to say Q1edit, all data collected after …

In this case, you will need to check the Include data from all **...** versions and then download your data (as shown in the image below):

HI @Kal_Lam . I also have a challenge of missing data yet users have filled the forms and submitted. I can see data from some users but not others. For one of those I cannot see data from, they got the below error at the start of filling the form. Please assist
