DATA missing when downloading

Dear KoboToolbox Support Team,
I am facing an issue with data visibility and downloadability in my KoboToolbox project. After field collectors submit their surveys, when i go to the data table in the Kobo platform i see the anwers at the end of the data table although they were sequenced at the beginning, and when i download them the xls form i cant find the data at all that was relocated? i need support i have 850 submisiions

Hi Anas,

Have you tried downloading the data using the XLS Legacy format? This may help for now.

@anas_baalbaki22, if you have made multiple redeployments to your project then you should be able to get all your data as outlined in this support article Recovering Data From Previous Form Versions. Besides, please also be informed that if you have made changes to existing questions then the response to those changed questions will be located at the end of the dataset.
