Dear KoboToolbox Support Team,
I am facing an issue with data visibility and downloadability in my KoboToolbox project. After field collectors submit their surveys, when i go to the data table in the Kobo platform i see the anwers at the end of the data table although they were sequenced at the beginning, and when i download them the xls form i cant find the data at all that was relocated? i need support i have 850 submisiions
Welcome to the community, @anas_baalbaki22! Did you make any updates (and redeploy your survey project) to the questionnaire during an ongoing data collection?
yes i have upated several times during the data collection and redoployed
Any updates please? i have 3 surveys with the same issue
