Data not there anymore, but I did not delete it

Hi, I was actively working on one of my project forms, and all I did was add one question and delete another question. I went back to the project data and the submissions are all there but most of the questions are now blank. I did not manually delete any answers and when I go back to the form, the questions have not changed other than the 1 question I added and the other that I deleted. Please help!

On top of this problem, the new data that the community health workers inputted today in the field is showing up blank even if they filled in all of the questions. This is only happening with this form and not the other forms.

@paknutritionimr, would you mind downloading your XLSForm and then check to see if there are any skip logics in your form?

BTW, did you make any edits to the form and then redeploy your project?

Hi, I definitely have many skip logics in my form, but they were all working fine before.
Yes I deleted one question and added another question. I tried reversing this but I didn’t help. At this point I have manually reinterred all the data from a back-up, but the ongoing problem is that when the field workers input new data into this specific form, most of the questions report on my end as blank, even if on their tablets they can see the full form completed filled out.

Hi, I need urgent help with this. I manually inputted all of the data again from a back-up. But now when I download the data into an excel document the data is blank again! Even if I can see the data in Kobo and the field workers can see it in Kobo Collect.

@paknutritionimr, maybe try going through this support article Recovering Data From Previous Form Versions to see if you are able to see the missing variables in your dataset.
