In our survey we received duplicate entries. I would like to generate a report with only the “Approved” (validation) rows. Is there a way to do this in KoboToolbox without deleting those duplicate entries?
If deleting the entries is the only way to create the correct report, is there a way to copy the whole data set other in KoboToolbox other than downloading the Excel/
This feature is not available with KoboToolbox at the moment. We already have a feature request for this where you could VOTE to make it a reality soon.
We don’t have this feature, too, with KoboToolbx. But you could transfer it as outlined in the post discussed previously by using the python snippet:
