Welcome back to the community, @Hamed.qurbani! Maybe you will need to check the server settings in your app to see the account name the app is configured to.

@Hamed.qurbani, you may need to share with the community a screenshot of your app’s server settings so that we should be able to understand your issue and troubleshoot.

@Hamed.qurbani, this shows that your submissions must have reached your account (gefenumerator67) which is under the EU Server
(formally known as the OCHA Server
). Would you mind checking them under the EU Server
to see if they are there? Feel free to share a screenshot of your server if the project is still missing from your account.

Actually, I had created this account for the enumerators, and the forms I am developing in another account are shared with this account while it has read and submission-only access. so this account doesn’t show the data at all.
