Data set mixed labels and values

Downloaded data in xls is mixed with values and labels despite choosing one option either of the two options. I only want the data set to be in 1 format per option

Altering options for a deployed form

Thank you for the comment. However, my case is a bit different because I did not enter any values on choice options. I only have labels then values I left them on automatic. Data in Kobo has labels only but the problem is after downloading in xls, data appears mixed. Some questions have labels and others have values which I don’t even have initially. Please note that the form has 3 languages of which english is a default language. As a result before downloading the data set, I only have 4 options under Value and header format; English I take it as that’s the option for labels, the 2 other languages on option 2 and 3, then option 4 XML Values and headers. Knowing very well that I don’t have values on choice options in the form, am only selecting English considering it that’s the option for labels.
