Data synchronization problems between Kobo and Excel

Buen día a todos, quiero consulta como puedo solucionar que no puedo sincronizar mis datos desde Excel ya que me muestra el siguiente error:
DataSource.Error Web.contents failed to get contents from 404 Not Found

Agradezco cualquier ayuda

hi @Fernando_zuleta2024, sorry for my late response, my life is little chaotic lately. The file was for data snycronization from kobo to Excel i believe, but API v1 is no longer working if i am not mistaken. If you want i can help with you about creating the same link API v2.
