Data table problem

Hello, everyone.
I have a problem with my form.
The data doesn’t appear in all the fields of my table even though they are entered. In some columns some appear and others don’t.
I need to make reports but the information in the table doesn’t match the data entered.
The form is long and took me a lot of work to build, but now I can’t convert the information into graphics…

Welcome to the community, @ners_77! Could you kindly share with the community a screenshot of your issue so that we could understand your issue pictorially?

In Kobotoolbox, the data I’ve entered from the 33 cards isn’t appearing in the data table used to produce the graphs. I can’t figure out why.As I’ve been making changes during the process of creating the form, adding, deleting, changing designations, I think that at some point there must have been a situation in which the program stopped loading the data into the table. But in view mode everything is ok! In print it’s ok!

Some of the graphs show information on the 33 occurrences, others do not, which means that these fields no longer receive information. Perhaps as a result of the changes I made to the form as I adjusted it to my needs and corrections.
It is possible to correct this situation.
This work is the result of a master’s degree, and I’m quite apprehensive because the aim was to generate the graphs to obtain the results of the work.

@ners_77, does your form have a repeat group question?

I have many groups, but no repeated questions. I see some columns in the table that should no longer exist, relating to questions that I have renamed.

If you rename a question (name), a new separate variable is created. Previous entered values remain stored in the old variable.

General hint: Try to avoid form changes during data collection. Organise early and systematic tests before. Test any changes first on a clone of the form, including data export.

My problem is that I’ve already entered the information and I’m at the stage of processing it. Is there any way to overcome these problems? I’ve already realized that I shouldn’t have entered the information without having completed the form. Does this mean that the form shouldn’t be changed after entering the data?
I’ll show you how the questions are made available when you run the report…

I made a clone of the file and entered the information for just one situation. I see that some fields still don’t load the information from the form. Could it be that the form itself is faulty?

Sorry for the incorrect information, but my form has several repeating groups (if necessary)

@ners_77, do you see missing values when downloading your data in XLS format? If you have added a variable lately then you may see missing values as outlined by @wroos previously:
