The problem accrues periodically more than one every week and we meet problems in our work.

We have many kinds of question: text, numbers, check boxes, radio box and upload images,
but we are still have server problem
when we try to access reports section as shown in attached image
I think there are some submissions may be corrupted because the reports in other projects are working correctly.
