In questionnaire its showing :-
TYPE: “SELECT_ONE”. 11607 out of 24184 respondents answered this question. (12577 were without data.)

@Pawan_Philip, I could see all 25961 submissions at the time when i checked your user account. I could also see all the submissions when downloading them. But having said this I also observed the following that could affect your data completeness …

• You still have some changes to your survey project that are not yet deployed.
  
  
• The questions that are currently deployed to your survey project …
  
  
  
  matches the data that is available within your dataset …
  
  

So maybe you will need to check them once again to see if you have redeployed adding/removing some of the questions that are not displayed in your survey project as I can see that there are 12 different deployed versions within your survey project:
