Hi @ddrizhd_arche_nova,

It seems like in your survey sheet, in row 10, there is a relevant value, which is trying to refer to something, which doesn’t have the name in the survey sheet.

Did you use KoboToolbox’s own form builder or did you build your form in xls format?

To make changes publicly available, I must deploy this form on the server. Does not allow redeployment on the server.

It seems like in one of your questions, possibly the 10th one but I advise you to check the questions before and after that, you used a skip logic:

Can you check that question to see if you are giving reference to another question, which you might have deleted or changed the name of it?
