Deployed form is not appearing in the Download form section in the kobocollect app

I have created a form and deployed it, but even after refreshing the ‘Download form’ on the Kobocollect app, the form is not appearing. I have deleted and created the form again, even redeployed it several times, but the ‘Download form’ tab is still blank. However, the old forms are appearing on the Kobocollect app when I refresh the ‘Download Form’. Please help out, it is urgent.

Welcome to the community, @KENVO! Have you used the correct URL settings under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Server page? If yes, could you kindly share a screenshot from your server settings page so that we could understand if you have configured your app correctly?

Your URL has KC in uppercase. please replace with lowercase kc. Your URL should be:

https://kc.kobotoolbox.org.

Also check that your password is correct.
