Deployed project missing from dashboard, but webform link still active

Hi everyone,

I have a deployed project that no longer appears anywhere on my “My Projects” page — it’s not under the Deployed, Draft, or Archived filters — even though the webform link is still live and accepting submissions normally. I’ve double-checked and I’m logged into my KoboToolbox account.

Webform link (still active): Questionnaire BRVM - Mobile Money

I did not delete or archive the project myself. Has anyone run into this before, or could a staff member help me locate/restore it on my account? Happy to share my username by DM if that helps.

Welcome to the community, @leonce2024! It seems like you have 2 user accounts in our public KoboToolbox and you logged into one of them. Try logging into the other one too and you will see your project there.
