@Kal_Lam I am designing a survey form in the KoBo Toolbox Form Builder UI and wish to design a likert scale question. I referred to the above steps, however there is no pulldown option in the “Appearance (Advanced)” and I am not able to choose likert. I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you.
Welcome to the community, @noboruzama! You could follow the instructions outlined below:
Step 1: Select Range question type
Step 2: Select the settings icon and then type likert under the Appearance
Step 3: You could also change the start, end, and step as required
