Difficulty Cloning and creating Template for my project

Across all my projects, the following functions are completely unresponsive — clicking them produces no action and no error message:

- Clone project

- Download XLS

- Create template

I have tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and clearing my cache, but the problem persists across all projects on my account. What else can I do?
