I am experiencing issues previewing my form after creating it. Whenever I click Preview, the page displays as blank. I am also encountering the same issue when deploying the form, as the generated deployment link does not work.
I will attach screenshots showing the blank preview page and the error encountered when attempting to access the deployed form link.

I have tried it and it shows that there is nothing wrong with the form
