hello all,
I am trying to connect a new Kobo Form to be seen on my android phone. I work with a Mac and I have downloaded Android file transfer, but- even with the phone plugged in- the app keeps saying that no device can be detected.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem? I have used Android file transfer in the past with success…not sure what the difficulty is
