Display unique random number in survey

Hi,

Is there an option on KoboToolbox to display a random number in each survey? For example, each survey generates a unique random number that is displayed at the start of the survey and then the respondent is assigned to a particular group of respondents based on the random number?

Has anyone tried this out before?
