@sai_pawar, you get the data in this format when you have a repeat group within your survey project. As of now, you will only be able to merge it externally using some third party software like the one described in our support article (through Excel Power Query):
However, feel free to reach us back if you wish to sponsor a feature that permits the app to merge the data within it’s environment and download as needed.
