I have uploaded the form in kobo, when i am downloading the data its in two different pages kindly help in this, for your reference i am attaching the downloaded end data file its two different sheets.

@sai_pawar, you get the data in this format when you have a repeat group within your survey project. As of now, you will only be able to merge it externally using some third party software like the one described in our support article (through Excel Power Query):
However, feel free to reach us back if you wish to sponsor a feature that permits the app to merge the data within it’s environment and download as needed.
