Hi, I have a problem downloading my dataset. It says processing until it fails. Can someone help me?

Thank you for your reply.

As you can see it does not show an error message. It just stays “processing” and the data is never exported.

It only happens in this project. I can download data from other projects.

@silvanasaturno, have you tried downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format? That format of downloading shouldn’t have any issues.

However, please feel free to share with me the following information through a private message so that I can have a closer look at your case:
