When I select some submissions from my Kobo form and try to delete only the media files (using the “Download media files only” option), I get the following error: {“submission_root_uuids”:[“One or more of the root UUIDs are invalid”]} Has anyone faced this issue? How can I properly select and delete only the media files without getting this error?
Welcome to the community, @GabrielSerri! Are you still unable to delete media files from the submission? If so, could you let us know which server you are using? Also, does this issue occur only with a specific project or across other projects as well? You might also try with a dummy project to check if the issue persists there.
Hello, I am using the Global KoboToolbox Server and I keep encountering the same error in one of my forms.
This form has approximately 5,000 submissions.
On my first attempt using the “delete media files only” function, I selected 500 submissions and was able to successfully delete the media files.
After that, I moved on to the next page to delete another 500 submissions, but from that point on the mentioned error started to occur.
Since then, whenever I try to delete only the media files on the following pages, the error keeps repeating. I would like to highlight that I am careful not to select the same submissions that were already processed.
It is also worth noting that I ran a test on another form, and in that case, the “delete media files only” function worked normally.
