Download XLS not working

I am creating a survey and need to add some photos, however, when I click the Download XLS nothing happens at all.

@fredhayibor, just confirming. Are you trying to download your data in XLS format or are you trying to download your form in XLSForm format? Kindly please confirm and we can troubleshoot your issue accordingly.
