Downloading media with URL & DownloadThemAll extension no loner working

Hi,

I’m trying to download photos using their URL and the DownloadThemAll extension as described here https://support.kobotoolbox.org/photo_download.html.

I have had success with this previously, but it no longer works - the download fails for every item despite me being logged in.

Any advice?

Thank you for your very speedy response!

I’ve tried the methods suggested and it’s still not working. Interestingly, following Yasser’s method, DownloadThemAll fails for every download, but if I enter the URL directly into the browser I’m able to access the associated image without issue.

Do you have any idea what might be going on here?

Thanks for you help with this - I realized my mistake was having not made the project public
(I thought I had). Once it was public DownloadThemAll worked fine.
