Looking at your issue i see that you have a large media file (approximately 911 MB) as of 2020/4/8. This maybe one of the reason that you are seeing the error message (Failed Server problem) while trying to download the same. Besides, the internet connectivity may also affect your downloading.
Kindly please be informed that i tried downloading (at my end) and was able to download your media attachment. But it took a lot of time (approximately 15 minutes).

This is to confirm that the issue you are facing is not a system error. Try downloading at your end and you should be able to download the same.
