Downloading project KoboToolbox in Kobocollect App

Dear all,

I recently started using KoboToolbox for work, developed a project with a questionnaire in multiple languages. The next step was to download this project (questionnaire) in the KoboCollect App on an iPad (the aim is to download it on six iPads so my colleagues can easily collect data). I was able to download the app, and connect with my username and password. However, neither the QR-code (I tried two different programmes to get a QR-code) nor entering the necessary information manually resulted in getting access to the project/questionnaire on the iPad.

We were planning to reuse iPads for sustainability purposes, but wondered if the iPads are too old ( Galaxy Tab A 2018 10.5 ) or that there is another problem that I am not aware of.

I tried to access the guidance document on using KoboCollect but the link seemed outdated.

Do you mean you got the Kobocollect IOS version?
