Draft upload error

Hello,
I have a user who saved a draft but when they try to upload the draft they get an error. Image attached. Please help

We have managed to export an xml, you may advise how we can use the XML to retrieve the draft submissions

This is probably a problem of an old browser. You may (always) give the famous search function of this forum a trial, e.g. Search results for 'Failed to execute 'queryselectorAll'' - KoboToolbox Community Forum.

Welcome to the community, @fernandapalhano! The error message you have been seeing could be a browser issue. Try using modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. These modern browsers should help you avoid getting the same. But having said that, please also note that these browsers should be updated to it’s latest version.
