Hi @Quentin, I would like to recommend a different structural approach to sorting out this issue. I assume that your region levels are manageable. So in this case you would need to have a region based skip which would allow you to divide the subsequent divisions into different questions which can be routed with a skip routine By tricking the app that each list is different, you avoid the processing of a large list.
