I have form contains type of request which is urgent and normal, I need that specific user to only see the submissions which the type is urgent, I navigated to “sharing” from “settings” and click on the user to define the roles. I see that the option “View submissions based on a condition” I choose the question and put urgent. although I did this, the user still see all types, what is the issue? Many thanks

I have tried the solution and something isn’t adding up.
There is already data on the parent account and I am adding a new user to view data based on the condition as shared in the image BUT when I check the user’s account, the project is shared but on the Data Tab dashboard, there is nothing to view for the user or on the user’s end.
Question.
- Does the condition apply with data collected after the user is added or even with data before the user was added?
- I also note that the reference to the questions is based on the name column and not lable. Should the response too be referenced to the name and not its label?
