Some surveys were submitted using an earlier version of our project form while the newer version was already deployed.
While the data is visible, the image attachments are missing - both the urls and in the gallery. Is there away to trace those images? I can provide the ids of the submissions.

Are you specifically referring to the same media question type that currently has a missing URL? If I have misunderstood your issue, please feel free to clarify. Hi! the media question type is available in both versions. However, i edited the column name in the new version.
For the data submitted using the old version of the form while the new one was deployed:
The new column is blank but the old column appears at the far right of the data table. The file name appears here but when I click on preview form - the image isnt visible
