What’s happening instead?

Am not able to collect information and get it with kobocollect account, and i need to use this digital documentation platform for my grant makers

Yes, I searched and couldn’t find a solution

I hit the same wall when I first started with KoboCollect. The part that clicked for me was that the form has to be deployed in KoboToolbox first, then in KoboCollect I set the server URL and my login and tapped Get Blank Form to pull it down. Once I did that, filling and sending entries worked fine. If you get stuck on a specific step, a screenshot of the error would help folks here troubleshoot.
