Edit and delete for specific users

Kindly I request to create new features for Edit and delete for specific users as now available for view in the shearing tab. it would be so useful. I hope you work on it as soon as possible.

@iraq_habitat, we already have this feature request and this is a WIP feature which will be live very soon.

A way to have specific users view AND be able to EDIT their submissions?
