I am using kobocollect to fill surveys.
Recently i am facing an issue “when i edit the form on my pc (submitted by the field team from their mobile phone) the edited things show up on the table in the kobo collect interface but when i download the excel file, there is nothing updated it only has the initial responses filled by the field staff. What should i do?
Welcome to the community, @sushil_1911! It appears that you haven’t made any edits to the submission through the server. Changes made in the Collect Android App will not be reflected on the server unless you successfully send the submission. Additionally, you can only edit a submission in the Collect Android App if it is still in draft mode. Once a submission is marked as complete in the app, it cannot be edited. In that case, you will need to update the submission directly through the server.

Thanks for the reply.
I am editing the submission through the server.
I can see the changes made on the server but when i generate the XLS file in the Download section. The Changes does not reflect in the excel file.
