How can I get a Russian-English dictionary to my Kobo H2O to translate in my book text. (It has no Russian dictionary in settings)

Can you tell me that there is a possibility to download a russian dictionary on my kobo H2O.
I mean the dictionaries that are fixed in: settings / language and dictionaries.
