Hi! I use the KoboToolbox API through R, and since Tuesday I’ve been receiving a 403 error when trying to access the submissions of my forms. I suspect it might be an IP block, but I’m not sure. Is there any way to confirm this or to resolve the issue? I already posted this but no ones seem to know how to solve, I’ve been facing this problem for almost a month.

Hi @dtmpesquisa which server are you using? Can you use the API outside of the R package to test if it’s R related or a global API issue?
I´m using the global server, and I tested every way possible (with and without R package) to acess the API and I failed everytime. It returns the 403 Error.
