I have problem in sending data after finalize and it says Error (500) at https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/submission?deviceID=collect%3AiOwhGTr1XqssQHhV.

Yes, I can submit the data through web form. and I do not have any media attachments. The main problem is, I can not submit using Kobocollect app. The system says the following message. Please help me regarding this.
