Error 500 message

Goodday,
While trying to run a download of the data thru an API connector we are getting the following message: (this runs in Google Sheets)
Exception: Request failed for https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info returned code 500. Truncated server response:

(use muteHttpExceptions option to examine full response). at getResponseText_(Code:135:32) at gsImportNew_(Code:41:23) at gsImportNew(Code:34:10) <p>It has been working fine for a good year up to now. Please for assistance</p>

Hi @Kal_Lam, i think the problem here most of the people still trying to use " https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info". I believe this link is not accessible with the last update

It does make a connection I guess cause it does read how many submissions we have. Its the downloading that doesnt work no more

I managed to change the data_url. But i do not see anything on what to change the MetaDataUrl to

I have changed the v1 to v2, have changed the link to kf.kobotoolbox.org, eu.kobotoolbox.org and kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org. Nothing works
