Can you help me, I am wanting to import data from the same form, it has several questions, however before it worked fine, now it does not want to upload the questions, I have that error attaching to source

I made another form with the xlsform that I had, and the problem was solved, apparently the old one had many versions and that maybe confused when connecting with itself
