Hi, I have a form in KoboToolbox that shows a “server error (500)” when I try to access the “Data”, ‘Table’ or “Map” tab.
I also tried to export the data in XLS format and I get an “Export error” message.
I have checked other forms and they work correctly, so the problem seems to be specific to the form I checked.
Could you please help me to identify the problem and, if possible, extract the data from your side?

Welcome to the community, @ingrid! Could you kindly let us know the server you are using and also the total number of submissions the project has?
Hi Kal, the server I use is Kobootolbox UE. eu.kobotoolbox.org and this form has 550 submissions.
