Error displaying image in published form

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with displaying an image in a published form. I added our company logo as a .png directly to my project following the step-by-step guidelines. Initially, everything worked fine: the logo showed correctly in both the form preview and the published form.

After making some adjustments to the form (adding a few questions), the logo still displays correctly in the form preview, but once I publish the form and share the URL link, the logo does not appear. Instead, an error image icon is shown. I have tried re-uploading the image, but the issue persists.

Has anyone encountered this before, or can advise how to resolve it?

Given the timing of your problem, this was likely caused by a recent bug on the EU server. It should now be fixed; sorry for the trouble! In case you are still having a problem, please continue to respond here with more information as requested by @Kal_Lam.
