Error downloading information

no me funciono, @Kal_Lam se re implemento el formulario pero no se cambiaron las preguntas, en la pagina de Kobo puedo ver la información, pero al descargarla no me aparece,

hola @Kal_Lam la información que no aparece son de unas preguntas, si lo descargas por Col_Download puedes ver que desde la columna AP en excel no carga la información,
