Hi @lavilincoln,

I have normally faced this problem due to the following reasons:

  • When you have a weak internet connection. Hence, please check your internet connection.
  • Ensure, you provided the link to the server correctly in the ā€œGeneral Settingsā€>ā€œServerā€>ā€œURLā€. If the link provided here is not correct you might not be able to get the survey form to your KoBoCollect mobile application.
