Error importing XLSForm questionnaire

bonjour, j’ai concu le questionnaire dans excel au parvant j’ai bien importé bien mais quand j’ai fais quelque correction un message d’erreur s’affiche que le XLSForm ne peut pas etre importer merci pour votre aide
